I am so thankful for Nicolle and the rest of the staff. I was a loyal customer to another high-demand hairdresser in town and over time I noticed my color looked streaky and rusty and I was never thrilled with my cuts or the customer service I received so I decided to jump ship and look for another salon. I made an appointment with Nicolle after a very thorough conversation about my hair. I wasn’t looking for a cut and color, I was looking for a miracle. I couldn’t be happier. The overall experience and culture of the salon/attitude of the girls is phenomenal. I used to dread sitting at the other salon for hours but the 4 hours I spent at Salon De Cheveux went by so fast because the place is so comfy and welcoming and the staff is genuinely happy to be at work and doing what they love to do.
I’ve had good haircuts all around town but it was Jessica at Maison de Cheveux who really paid attention to what I asked for. AND my haircut looked great the moment I stepped out of the salon and it still looked good nearly two months later – and that’s never happened.
